British International Motor Show 2008

The 2008 British International Motor Show is currently running until the 3rd of August.

Held at ExCeL London, located alongside the Royal Victoria Dock in London's Docklands.

This years show has a wonderful array of cars and exhibitors.

For the children, there is the Disney/Pixar 'World of Cars', with the characters from the Cars movie making an appearance.

"your photo taken with your favourite character, playing the Cars game, challenging your friends to the Cars competitions or winning a Cars goodie bag"

For those who enjoy off road (4x4) driving, the 'Land Rover Ultimate Experience' is a must see.

"take part in a gravity defying climb up a 10 metre high mountain, negotiate treacherous side slopes and hair-raising descents or drive yourself on the‘mini’ terrapod off-road course in the latest Land Rover product"

For the Motorsport enthusiast's among you, you will not want to miss "F1 broadcast icon Murray Walker and racing legend Sir Stirling Moss ... on Motorsport Sunday (3 August)"

"Motorsport Sunday will feature live coverage of the Hungarian Grand Prix, televised on a 20-square metre screen located in the Heritage Enclosure"
